NJBiz Honors Dr. Ahmed Gomaa of iMediaStreams as One of New Jersey's 'Top Forty Under 40' Up-and-Coming Business Leaders

iMediaStreams, a leading advertising network using business intelligence and social media , announced that the company’s president, Dr. Ahmed Gomaa, was recently named one of New Jersey’s “Top Forty Under 40” by NJBiz, the State’s leading business Journal.

"Top Forty Under 40" recognizes business leaders in the state under the age of 40 who have already demonstrated a solid track record of leadership and innovation. Dr. Gomaa was recognized along with the other 39 award recipients at the journal’s annual “Forty Under 40” gala event, held on September 10, 2009 at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ. “I am honored to be recognized by NJBiz as one of New Jersey’s top forty professionals under the age of 40,” Dr. Gomaa commented. “I credit the talented team at iMediaStreams, a very supportive family, and many great forward-thinking clients, who really made this possible.”

At age 32, Dr. Gomaa filed his first of three patents that bridged the gap to target online advertising based upon the buzz of the bloggers. In just a few short years, Dr. Gomaa has positioned the company as a leader in online marketing within emerging markets. The company has taken a leadership position in developing and introducing new web-based solutions, helping its clients to broaden brand awareness and fuel opportunities for new business growth.

Born in Egypt, and raised in both Egypt and France, Dr. Gomaa has resided in Glen ridge, NJ since 2005. He is committed to the welfare of the Northern NJ business community, and donates a significant portion of his energies to the intellectual development of the region. He is a visiting scholar at Rutgers University and the assistant to Editors in Chief of the International Journal on Digital Libraries, a Springer Verlag academic Journal.

Dr. Gomaa has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degrees from the University of Alexandria, Egypt and and MBA and PhD in Information Technology from Rutgers University, NJ.

Live DJ Competition with Audience Voting using ooVoo

Today our partner Axiomonline.TV launched two new services developed by iMediaMatrix , a division of iMediaStreams.


The first application is a DJ competition where DJ battles online and live stream their music with the ability for the viewers to vote on the best DJ Mix.
The second application is a talk show application that allows up to six participants to have an online talk show on axiomonline.tv

Both applications depend on ooVoo API for the video room and the Audio/Video controls.
